Hi guys

I have a quad core 2.5Ghz machine and want to put a max Mhz value on a KVM node, right now it will let it max out the core's 2.5Ghz range, however I want to limit it to say 500Mhz per core.

500 Mhz x 4 = 2.0Ghz total.

Possible?

Thanks

Not as far as i know.
None of the "cheap" solutions VMWare Server, VirtualBox, KVM
does support this.
I'm not completely sure about that, because it is was a year ago or so that i had the same question...
Then i was told that only VMWare ESX Server would support such
limitation.
