Hi
While killing some time, I read the article about using an installer for easier installation of the virtio network drivers for Windows:
http://www.linux-kvm.com/content/using-windows-installer-paravirtual-net...
In this article I noticed a screenshot of the Windows virtio driver-tree, containing the directories "2K", "XP" and "VISTA". But if you go and download the latest driver package from the sourceforge project, it only contains drivers for "Windows 2000", "Windows XP" and "Windows XP x64". The article contains a link to an iso on qumranet.com, which should contain the latest drivers, but the link is dead...does anyone know of another source of these newer Vista-compatible drivers? I'm interested in this, as I would like to use them with a Windows 2008 server, which more or less should be compatible with Vista in terms of drivers.
Best Regards
Kenni
Well, I found the answer myself:
http://kvm.qumranet.com/kvmwiki/VirtioWindowsDrivers
Qumranet themselves say that the SourceForge-drivers are the old ones and the newer ones can be downloaded from the iso on their page.
But they also link to the same (dead) link in their wiki, so it will probably get fixed soon.

Kenni,
Just saw your post and answer. I will add the link nevertheless to the original blog post.
