In browser configured NoScript and AdBlock.
Downloads qemu prevent scripts on Sourceforge.
Disable NoScript and AdBlock will not.
Make a normal, direct link to the files.

If these programs limit your possibilities, then remove them :)

Try this in a terminal:
wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/kvm/qemu-kvm/0.12.2/qemu-kvm-0....
