Nested KVM

Trying to get nested KVM working. So far have loaded the kvm_amd module with nested=1 so svm shows in my VM. I then created a new VM to host the nested KVM machine, modified it's XML file to use a script to fire up
kvm with -enable-nesting and then installed nested KVM machine, and all seems OK. However, I create a new virtual machine which boots into the installer and then locks up.

I've tried this both with Ubuntu 9.10 and now the latest 10.04 beta which contains qemu-kvm 0.12.3 and modinfo gives the version of kvm_amd as 2.6.32-16. CPU is an AMD Quad Core 1352 (family 16, model 2, stepping 3) (Server is an HP ML115 G5 with an E200 Raid controller and 8GB RAM).

Any hints, or is my CPU too old?

Documentation on this feature is hard to come by, is there something out there?

cheers
Paul
