Hi all,

i recently had problems with netbooting guests on my debian host, after i replaced pxelinux with gpxelinux
on my tftpserver. I did that because gpxe allows much more transports (http, ftp, iscsi and others)
instead just tftp - and that leads to really fast netbooting.

But, and that was the problem, the built-in bootrom of qemu/kvm didnt work with gpxe (at least for me).
After setting the small iso-image from http://ipxe.org/ as boot-device all worked fine...

Maybe this helps someone who had this or other problems with netbooting.

Greetings,

joern
