Yesterday the release of ConVirt 0.9.1 was announced adding support for KVM. ConVirt is a python based VM lifecycle tool that is distributed under the GPL license. Below is a short video from their website that shows a demonstration of features. Note that in this version live migration is not yet supported for KVM.

To support KVM, ConVirt requires KVM 70 or higher, a running ssh daemon and socat. To find out more about ConVirt you can visit their website here.
