Hi,

After successfully installed win7 from windows 7 iso installation file, I get this error message when I try to boot it. This also happens with my win2008 installation. WinXP and Win2003 installation boot up fine.

$ kvm -m 512 -hda win7.qcow2
kvm: unhandled exit 80000021
kvm_run returned -22

However, we I ran.
$ kvm -no-kvm -m 512 -hda win7.qcow2

win7 boots up fine, but excruciatingly slow -- 4 times slower than normal kvm boot up.

My environment:
kvm 0.11
Ubuntu 9.10 kernel 2.6.32
Compaq nw8440 with 2GB RAM, dual 2.0Ghz CPU

Has anyone encounter such a problem? I thought RHEV supported win7 and win2008 ... perhaps it's only Redhat that has the fix?

Thanks,
Matt
